Keto Cauliflower Mac and Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Head of Cauliflower
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Cheese
  • Butter or Coconut Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat butter or coconut oil in a frying pan.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the whole head of cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
  3. When the butter or coconut oil is hot, add the chopped cauliflower.
  4. Cook, tossing regularly, until softened and golden, adding more butter or coconut oil as needed.
  5. Once cooked, pour over the sour cream and cream and bring to a bubble.
  6. Finally, stir through the cheese and allow to melt and thicken slightly.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
