Heat butter or coconut oil in a frying pan.

When the butter or coconut oil is hot, add the chopped cauliflower.

Cook, tossing regularly, until softened and golden, adding more butter or coconut oil as needed.

Once cooked, pour over the sour cream and cream and bring to a bubble.

Finally, stir through the cheese and allow to melt and thicken slightly.
