Keto Egg Salad With Asparagus Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 Can or Bottle of Asparagus Spears
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the hard boiled eggs and place them into a salad bowl.

  2. Drain and chop the asparagus and add them to the salad bowl.

  3. Pour over the sour cream and stir gently to combine.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy.
