Low Carb Blue Cheese Sauce Recipe

Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the cream, sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and salt and pepper until smooth.
Gently fold through the crumbled blue cheese.
Enjoy straight away, but it does benefit with a few hours in the fridge for the flavours to develop.
