Simple Keto Breakfast Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • Garlic Cloves peeled and sliced
  • Mushrooms sliced
  • Spinach washed
  • Eggs
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Start by melting butter in a large frying pan.
  2. When hot, add the chopped garlic cloves.
  3. Once the garlic starts to become fragrant, add sliced mushrooms and cook until done to your liking.
  4. Once cooked, top with a few handfuls of spinach leaves and cook until wilted.
  5. Move to a bowl and clean out the frying pan. Add more butter to the frying pan, when hot fry the eggs until cooked to your liking.
  6. Place the fried eggs on top of your vegetables to complete your simple keto breakfast bowl.
