Keto Panna Cotta Recipe - Easy Low Carb Chocolate Sugar Free Gelatin Desserts

Keto Panna Cotta

This Keto Panna Cotta Recipe has only 4 ingredients and makes a decadent low carb dessert. (Here are more keto desserts that actually taste good!)

To ensure that the dessert is low carb and keto friendly, use extra dark chocolate that’s 85%, 90% or higher that’s as low in sugars and carbs as possible.

Keto chocolate dessert

You can sweeten the panna cotta by adding in a couple of tablespoons (or more) of stevia, or your sweetener of choice.

Regarding the cream, you can can use whatever cream you have in your fridge, as you’re not whipping it, it doesn’t have to be heavy or whipping, just luxurious cream to create a rich and creamy dessert.

Keto gelatin desserts

Keto Panna Cotta Recipe

  • 3.5oz/100g Keto Chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons Gelatin
  • 1 Cup Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  1. Break the keto chocolate into small pieces, which will be easy to melt, and set it aside for when you’re ready for it.
  2. Place the gelatin into a small bowl and pour over a 1/3 of a cup of water, stir well until the gelatin is completely mixed into the water.
  3. Pour the cream and almond milk into a small saucepan and place it on the stove top over medium heat.
  4. Warm the cream and almond milk and remove from heat just before it reaches steaming and simmering point.
  5. Add the chopped keto chocolate to the heated cream and milk and stir until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is creamy.
  6. Pour the gelatin mixture into the creamy chocolate and whisk until fully combined.
  7. Allow the panna cotta mixture to cool completely, and then pour into serving jars or bowls. You may find it easier to pour the panna cotta mixture into a jug and pour it out from there.
  8. Place the chocolate panna cotta into the fridge for at least a few hours to thicken and set, then enjoy.

Keto Easter Dessert Recipe

Keto Easter Dessert Recipe – Easy Low Carb Sugar Free Chocolate Easter Candy Nests – How To Make Ketogenic Treat Desserts Recipes – with video.

Keto Easter Dessert Recipe - Easy Low Carb Chocolate Easter Candy Nests

Keto Easter Dessert Recipe

This Keto Easter Dessert Recipe is quick to make and is a tasty treat that will keep you on plan and help you resist temptation over the Easter period, especially a tempting chocolate Easter bunny or hot cross buns.

This keto recipe is my version of chocolate Easter nests, peanut butter eggs or Easter baskets.

Instead of using carby ingredients, I’ve gone for the healthier option of including simple ingredients of nuts, coconut and peanut butter to construct the tasty treats, instead of white sugars that you’ll often find in similar Easter classic recipes like an Easter basket.

The ketogenic diet nests need to made ahead of time and then you can just store them in a container in the fridge to enjoy whenever sweet cravings strike.

Plus, they are low in net carbs and loaded with healthy fats and protein, so that are actually good for you and perfect to include in your keto meal plan. (As opposed to sugar loaded carb full traditional Easter eggs!)

The best part is that you only need minutes of prep time to create these perfect keto Easter dessert treat, that you can really enjoy any time of year because they are so much fun to make and a delightful low carb dessert to enjoy.

Keto chocolate easter nests

To make the dark chocolate nests is easy. Simply mix together the dry ingredients of flaked almonds and coconut in a medium bowl. I’d suggest using the flaked almond in the easy recipe and avoiding the temptation to swap for almond flour or coconut flour.

Then, melt the peanut butter, butter, cocoa powder and stevia together until smooth and creamy. Feel free to swap the stevia for monk fruit sweetener or your keto friendly sugar free sweetener of choice.

You can enhance the flavor of the sweet treats by adding in a pinch of sea salt or half a teaspoon of vanilla extract. You can stir sugar free chocolate chips or keto sprinkles through the mixture for extra indulgent homemade keto treats.

Pour the wet ingredients mixture over the bowl with the nuts and then drop a couple of spoons into cupcake liners lined up on a baking sheet. (Like these on Amazon.)

Then just pop them into the fridge for a few hours to harden and enjoy over the Easter season or anytime you’re craving a no bake treat on your Keto journey.

You can enjoy a couple as a delicious breakfast or Easter brunch with a cup of Keto coffee, tea or hot chocolate or serve following your Easter meal as the perfect treat that the whole family will happily devour.

The great dessert will also satisfy your sweet tooth and help you on your way to achieving your health and weight loss goals.

Keto Mascarpone Dessert

Keto Mascarpone Dessert Recipe – How to make an easy creamy 3 ingredient low carb chocolate mousse without eggs or gelatin – with the video.

Keto Mascarpone Dessert Recipe - How to make an easy creamy 3 ingredient low carb chocolate mousse without eggs or gelatin

Keto Mascarpone Dessert

This Keto Mascarpone Dessert is an easy 3 ingredient low carb chocolate mousse that’s dark and decadent.

Using mascarpone creates a light, airy, super creamy mousse without the need for gelatin or eggs.

To make the easy dessert, you only need 3 ingredients:

Melting chocolate and cream

Keto Chocolate – you can use any low carb, sugar free chocolate you like. I tend to find that 85% or 90% is usually keto friendly. (Like this one on Amazon.)

Cream – use heavy, whipping or double cream – really any cream that you can whisk into airy whipped cream is perfect.

Mascarpone Cheese – light mascarpone cheese is usually used in desserts like tiramisu and creates a wonderfully creamy and rich sweet treat.

Folding mascarpone and cream into chocolate

Keto Mascarpone Chocolate Mousse Recipe

  • 100g/3.5 Ounces Keto Chocolate
  • 2 Tablespoons Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 Cup Cream
  1. Place the chocolate and 2 tablespoons of cream into a small saucepan on the stove top over medium heat.
  2. Cook until the chocolate is melted then pour it into a bowl.
  3. Using a wire whisk, gently whisk the mascarpone into the melted chocolate mixture until smooth and creamy.
  4. Get out a second mixing bowl and pour the cream into it.
  5. Using electric beaters, whisk the cream until it becomes thickened whipped cream.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mascarpone mixture until it’s fully incorporated and you have a creamy chocolate mousse.
  7. Move the chocolate mousse into a serving dish, refrigerate for a few hours, then enjoy.

Keto Truffles Recipe – How to make the best easy 3 ingredient low carb no bake chocolate dessert truffle bites with the video.

Keto Truffles Recipe - How to make easy 3 Ingredient low carb no bake chocolate dessert

Keto Truffles Recipe

These easy keto truffles have only 3 ingredients and make a decadent chocolate dessert that you can enjoy without blowing your macros for the day in a single mouthful. (Here are more easy keto desserts that actually taste good.)

The dessert is super easy and fuss free, you simply pour the batter into a square tin and then cut into truffles, instead of the fiddly step of rolling truffles, like in my other keto chocolate truffles recipe.

Here are the three ingredients you’ll need:

Keto Chocolate – use 85%, 90% or higher dark chocolate (like this chocolate on Amazon) to be sure that the truffles are low carb and keto friendly.

I enjoy the truffles with a dark chocolate flavor, so don’t add any sweetness, but you can feel free to add in stevia, or your sweetener of choice, to sweeten the dessert if you’d like.

Bowl of melted chocolate

Butter – you can use unsalted or salted butter in these truffles. I find that salted butter adds a cultured, rounded flavor, perfectly balancing the richness of the dessert. You could also use unsalted butter and add a pinch of salt for the same effect.

Cream – as you’re heating and not whipping the cream, you don’t need to worry about using any specific type of cream. So, just use whatever cream you already have in your fridge.

You can go beyond the three ingredients if you’d like, and add your choice from the following flavors to infuse the truffles with or dust them with when they are ready.

  • Vanilla
  • Peppermint Extract
  • Orange Extract
  • Salt
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Grated Chocolate

Keto Truffles Recipe

  • 8.8oz/250g Keto Chocolate
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Cream
  1. Get out a square baking tin or dish, line it with parchment baking paper and grease it well.
  2. Break the chocolate into small pieces and move them to a large bowl.
  3. Place the butter and cream into a small saucepan on the stove top over medium heat.
  4. Bring the cream and butter mixture up to simmering point, then remove from the heat.
  5. Pour the heated cream over the chopped chocolate and stir until smooth and glossy.
  6. Pour the truffle mixture into the prepared square dish, smoothing the top until it’s even.
  7. Allow to cool, then move to the fridge for a few hours to harden and set completely.
  8. Once set, remove from the fridge and cut into truffle squares. Keep stored in the fridge and enjoy.

Mixing ingredients together

Combine the coconut flour, baking powder, stevia, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl. You can sieve the ingredients for a super smooth low-carb chocolate pudding.

Stevia is my sweetener of choice in keto desserts, but you can feel free to swap for any sugar free sweetener you like including sugar free maple syrup, powdered sweetener or monk fruit sweetener.

Mixing ingredients together for keto chocolate self saucing pudding

Pour the melted butter mixture over the flour bowl and mix until fully incorporated and you have a chocolatey pudding batter.

You can either do this with a wire whisk or an electric mixer, depending what you have to hand.

Keto Hot Chocolate Bombs Recipe

Keto Hot Chocolate Bombs Recipe – How to make easy DIY low carb hot chocolates truffles dessert – with the video.

Keto Hot Chocolate Bombs Recipe - Easy Low Carb Desserts

Keto Hot chocolate Bombs Recipe

These keto hot chocolate bombs are my low carb friendly version of the trendy sweet treat all over social media lately.

Mine are a decadent chocolate truffle that gently melts to create a mug full of chocolatey goodness.

To make the hot chocolate truffles, start by heating a half a cup of cream and then pouring the warmed cream over a bowl full of chopped keto friendly chocolate.

You can use whatever low carb, keto friendly chocolate you usually include in your diet. Add in stevia or any other sweetener you like to sweeten your truffles, or you can leave it out if you’re happy with dark truffles.

There’s plenty of choice of flavors to make custom truffles to your tastes. Keep them chocolate flavored or add in peppermint extract, vanilla, coffee, caramel flavoring or whatever extract you’d like.

Plate of low carb truffles

Mix any flavor or sweetness you like into the melted chocolate, then allow it to cool completely and move the mixture to the fridge to harden until you can roll it into your hot chocolate truffles.

Roll a teaspoon to a tablespoon per truffle, depending on how big you’d like your truffles to be.

You can leave the truffles plain or roll in cocoa powder, grated chocolate or even melted chocolate too, if you’d like, for an extra indulgent treat.

Store the truffles in the fridge and when you’re ready to enjoy a hot chocolate, heat a mug of water or milk and mix the truffle through to create a rich, chocolatey, warming drink.

Keto Chocolate Candies Recipe – How to make low carb sugar free chocolate candy dessert treats filled with strawberries.

Keto Chocolate Candies Recipe

Keto Chocolate Candies Recipe

This keto chocolate candies recipe is easy to follow and creates a decadent chocolate sweet treat.

I tend to cook up a whole 500g/1.1lb bag of strawberries, take what I need for the candies and store the rest in the fridge to mix through smoothies and yogurt.

I only started experimenting with tempering chocolate recently. It’s really not as tricky as you may have been lead to believe. I found this video to be helpful in explaining the process.

You’ll need a mold of some sort to form your candies, you can either use an actual chocolate mold (like this one on Amazon) or even use silicone ice cube trays which come in all kinds of shapes and sizes.

Strawberry filled low carb chocolates

Keto Chocolate Candies Recipe

  • 500g/1.1lb Bag of Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup Stevia
  • Juice of half a lime or lemon
  • 4.4oz/125g Keto Chocolate
  1. Start by preparing the strawberry filling by placing the strawberries into a saucepan on the stove top over medium heat.
  2. Stir the strawberries regularly until they soften to a puree.
  3. Mix through the stevia and lime or lemon juice then either mash or blend until smooth to your liking. You can pass the strawberry puree through a sieve and pop it back on to the heat to reduce further if you like.
  4. Set the strawberry filling aside to cool and then see to your chocolate.
  5. Break the chocolate into chips and then place two thirds of the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with bubbling water, keep the other third of chocolate handy.
  6. Stir the chocolate to help it melt and as soon as it’s all melted, remove from the heat and stir through the other third of the chocolate.
  7. Pour the melted chocolate into chocolate molds, using a spoon or brush to help the chocolate reach every corner of the mold.
  8. Tip the mold over the bowl to shake off any excess and then place into the fridge to set for 5 to 10 minutes.
  9. Once the chocolate has set, fill each one about 3/4 full with the strawberry filling then place back into the fridge for a further 5 to 10 minutes.
  10. Remove the chocolates from the fridge and pour over the rest of the melted chocolate, smoothing the top to help it cover every corner.
  11. Return the chocolates to the fridge for a final time to fully set, give it at least half an hour and then pop the chocolates out and enjoy.

Keto Fudge Recipe - Easy Low Carb 5 Ingredient No Bake Desserts with cream cheese, butt

Keto Fudge Recipe

This Keto Fudge Recipe is quick, easy, has only 5 ingredients and makes a decadent low carb dessert treat.

You can make a batch of fudge ahead of time over the weekend and keto it in the fridge to enjoy through the week when sweet cravings strike.

Whisking the 5 ingredients dessert together

The fudge is really simple to make – start by melting the chocolate with the cream.

You can use whatever chocolate you usually include in your keto diet. Usually 85% or higher has the lowest sugar and carb count. (Like this one on Amazon.)

Set the melted chocolate aside to cool and then whisk together the butter, cream cheese and stevia until creamy.

Finally, whisk in the melted chocolate until you have a creamy fudge batter. Move the fudge to a lined, greased dish and then pop into the fridge for a few hours to harden.
