Heat the butter or coconut oil in a large frying pan.

When hot, add the onion and garlic and cook until slightly softened.

Add the diced chicken thighs and more butter/coconut oil if needed.

Cook until the chicken thighs are sealed.

Add the broccoli and cook for a few minutes.

Pour over the cream and sour cream, stir regularly and allow to bubble until reduced.

When almost cooked, add the grated cheese.

Once cooked to your liking, serve and enjoy.
