Heat butter or coconut oil in a frying pan.

When hot, add the sliced mushrooms and a generous pinch of salt.

Cook until significantly reduced, adding more butter or coconut oil along the way if you think it needs it.

Once the mushrooms have cooked to your liking, pour over the cream and simmer for a couple of minutes to thicken.

Serve as a side with a steak or roast.
